Academic Program Manager - Chemistry US-NY-New York Job ID: 2024-13352 Type: Arts and Science (AS1111) # of Openings: 1 Category: Academic Program Support New York University Overview Arts & Science is seeking an experienced Academic Program Manager to supervise the administrative operations of the undergraduate and graduate academic programs. This includes course scheduling and assignments for graduate and undergraduate programs. Implement the department's academic policies and procedures. Serve as the subject matter expert in CAS and GSAS policies and procedures and recommend changes to departmental procedures to meet new guidelines; serve as a liaison with other University departments to resolve problems. Oversee special events related to the undergraduate program. Advise prospective and current undergraduate and graduate students of policies and procedures and assess student academic progress. Develop reports and present information to faculty leadership to aid in planning and decision making as it relates to the academic programs. Supervise staff and prioritize assignments to ensure deadlines are met and review work for accuracy. Responsibilities Required Education: Qualifications In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $77,500.00 to USD $87,500.00.
