Experience Requirement: 3+ years experience finishing concrete preferably flat work or highway and bridge work; experience with finishing tools such as bull float, trowels, straight edges and more Special Skills: Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet; experience working with concrete and structures Travel Requirement: Open to travel Description Position: Concrete Surfacer (Finisher) We are currently looking for Concrete Finishers to join our Wagman Heavy Civil team, starting at our Latex projects in the Hampton Roads, VA area. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy highway and/or bridge construction, flatwork, carrying out concrete finishing operations on surfaces such as parapets, caps, columns, footings, deck slabs and more. Driver's license and reliable transportation are very helpful, must be able to work outdoors year round. This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction. This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor. Wagman is a fourth generation, family-owned company with offices in Pennsylvania and Virginia and is headquartered in York, PA.
