Clean Energy Ventures, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is seeking a Director Project Support to direct project support team in the project oversight, confirmation and process for engineering and construction, and implementation of multiple commercial solar, midstream pipeline, storage and EV projects. Develop and implement program standards and oversee project process and transitions for midstream and solar assets.

Major Responsibilities:
•Oversee the project closeout process and create repeatable processes for the project teams and subcontractors
•Direct the project reporting functions to ensure transparency and to keep management and other stakeholders informed
•Manage and coordinate the negotiation and documentation of EPC agreements for all Clean Energy Ventures platforms
•Lead a team of technical and project management professionals in the construction of various clean energy platforms
•Manage procurement activities and establish strategies for acquisition, delivery, receiving and tracking of project materials and subcontractor services focusing on quality, cost, and timely delivery
•Coordinate and facilitate the subcontracting process ensure purchase orders and subcontracts are complete within scope of work
•Build productive relationships with suppliers, customers and other external players to advance the Clean Energy Ventures strategy
•Oversee the review and approval process of electrical and construction engineering plans
•Develop, direct and approve commissioning test program and plans for projects
•Manage construction permitting activities and ensure all required construction permits have been obtained
•Take lead in managing all landowner issues at the various project sites
•Manage the transition process from post construction and site testing to operations and asset management
•Participate in the asset management process by establishing various measurement objectives and ensuring these are included in the EPC agreements and implemented to specification
•Assist with the preparation of various reports and presentations for senior NJR management
•Work with various departments to development and maintain operational processes
•Oversee MSA with vendor, co, landlord and tenants to ensure timely completion within budget (Annual Budget of $200m - $500m)

Position Specifications:
•Bachelors degree in engineering is required (mechanical, electrical, or civil preferred)
•Professional engineering certification or Masters' degree in business/construction management preferred
•Minimum of 8-10 years of commercial solar project management experience with 10-20 years industry experience
•Effective communication and project management skills
•20-30% travel to remote project locations
•Experience in working on solar project implementations
•Proficient with MS Office
