Fraser is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator for the Woodbury and Bloomington Clinic to be the primary resource for clinicians and day to day functions of the clinic. In this role, you will handle an excitingvariety of Clinical Operations duties, including admissions, scheduling, reception, and cleaning. People who are organized and adaptable do well in this role.

It is important to have great face to face customer service skills as you will be personally greeting, checking inand meeting with new clients/client families. Educating clients on procedures, processes and next steps in services at Fraser to help ensure their ability to attend appointments. Beyond the client support, you will demonstrate a wide knowledge of Clinical Operations duties (Admissions, Scheduling and Reception), having the ability to step in to any of these jobfunctions.You will be in charge of clinic organization and communication related to drills, supply management and coverage.This role also includes cleaning duties, such as sanitization of toys and therapy spaces.

Available Location and Schedule:
  • Woodbury, MN
  • Bloomington, MN
  • Monday through Friday, full-time, standard businesshours

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-Secondary education preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Check
  • Minimum one year of experience with a variety of Microsoft Office products including high level of proficiency with Word, Excel, and Power Point. Some SharePoint knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent telephone courtesy and customer service skills required, with demonstrated ability to relate well with the general public and to assist and resolve customer problems or concerns.
  • Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication with both internal and external contacts required.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages required.
  • Ability to recognize problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
