Healthfirst is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing digital assets team - a person that can help us build easy to use, compelling, personalized, and automated digital experiences for Healthfirst health insurance prospects, members, and health care providers.
We're looking for an ideal teammate who will drive projects to completion while holding the team accountable to the highest quality standards of excellence. The Project Manager enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team of stakeholders in a fast-paced large-enterprise environment and is comfortable embracing change and learning new tools and technology. They have experience working with both waterfall and agile processes and have a passion for building efficient workflows and iterating for continuous improvement. They are wise enough to know when to communicate and when to listen. They can recognize risks and have the confidence to ask for help when necessary.
