Healthfirst is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing digital assets team - a person that can help us build easy to use, compelling, personalized, and automated digital experiences for Healthfirst health insurance prospects, members, and health care providers.

The Project Manager enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team of stakeholders in a fast-paced large-enterprise environment and is comfortable embracing change and learning new tools and technology. They have experience working with both waterfall and agile processes and have a passion for building efficient workflows and iterating for continuous improvement. They are wise enough to know when to communicate and when to listen. They can recognize risks and have the confidence to ask for help when necessary.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Receive all project and work requests for website builds, functional enhancements, content updates, defects, error resolution and other work related to enrollment periods for all health insurance products, corporate communications and other digital assets needs.
  • Collaborate with internal team members (product managers, marketing, analytics, creative, web development, etc.) to get alignment on goals and objectives, establish timelines, track progress, and ensure roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Build and continuously improve project intake forms, QA checklists and other documents and processes to improve efficiencies and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Design workflows, build and activate project templates, assign tasks and guide work through project management and other applications (e.g. Robohead, Digital Asset Manager, Campaign Management Tool, Agility, etc.).
  • Effectively communicate tasks, requirements, specifications and timelines to team members and stakeholders working with different delivery methodologies including waterfall and scaled agile.
  • Monitor content and functionality updates across all web properties to ensure alignment with product features and campaign goals. Ensure that content is consistent throughout web sites, portals, applications and other communication media.
  • Perform 'staging' validation of user stories and post-production checkout of completed development work.
  • Gather and share insights from error and compliance monitoring software.
  • Act as administrator of numerous software subscriptions and platforms used to design, collaborate, maintain and deliver high-quality digital products and services.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations given the constraints of time, resources, and scope.

Minimum Required Educational and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, design, communications, economics, information systems, or related field of study.
  • Five to eight years of professional experience.
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and clearly articulate project management success and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
  • Experience working on projects that include web content personalization, interactive content, and marketing automation.
  • Experience working with UX and UI designers, content strategists and SEO professionals as part of engagement system project delivery.
  • Familiarity with website performance measurement and analytics.
  • Experience working with web content management systems.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Experience That Will Make You Stand Out:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Experience in the health insurance industry.
