More about the team, and the role:
The Sr. Clinical Analyst is responsible for working with business partners to understand business problems, design solutions to improve and monitor clinical business processes and programs, and work to measure outcomes. This person will work closely with subject matter experts to identify relevant data sources and key outcomes for tracking and measuring. They will summarize and share data in a format that is consumable and actionable by business partners. A wide variety of data sources will be used and combined including demographics, provider information, and medical and pharmacy claims. This position requires strong analytical skills and experience in analytic methods including exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and times series analysis.
