The Senior Manager is responsible for managing initiatives for IT Enterprise Legacy Correspondence domain. The incumbent may independently manage multiple small to large initiatives that have department level strategic importance. Portfolio work includes system maintenance and intake/demand management from multiple business units. Must have strong business and technical acumen with the ability to work with people from diverse functional backgrounds and build relationships across the organization. This position requires significant capacity to manage competing objectives and prioritize accordingly. Will be considered a Senior Technical subject matter expert and a manager.

  • Work with various business units for intake and demand management
  • Actively manages all stakeholder expectations
  • Manage execution, resource deployment and overall coordination efforts to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and to budget
  • Work closely with Release management team to align deliverables
  • Work with business, program, and technology teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business
  • Creates and manages the road map and other necessary artifacts necessary for Enterprise Correspondence program
  • Interface with software vendors for development and client support
  • Improve reconciliation and monitoring of critical technology assets

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ year experience related to migrating legacy applications to enterprise strategic platform
  • 5 years of experience managing and leading teams
  • Experience leading Technical Teams in any of these technologies C#, .NET, SQL, web services and ETL technologies
  • Demonstrated business and technical leadership for successful Agile implementation
  • HS Diploma or GED from accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High interpersonal skills and customer orientation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Systems development experience in healthcare industry
  • Experience with Deployment automation and migrating application to AWS Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing and prioritizing a large number of tasks, resolving issues and resource conflicts
