_{Under limited supervision, the Training Engineer II is responsible for the delivery and development of technical training and support to MEAU customers, distributors, and personnel on a variety of Mitsubishi Industrial Automation products.}

_{Essential Functions}

_{· Provide technical training to customers, OEMs, dealers, end-users, and other MEAU personnel with an emphasis on PLC, VFD, Motion, HMI and CNC}

_{· Develop and maintain technical training materials for Mitsubishi Industrial Automation products with guidance and input from the Sr. Training Engineer}

_{· Coordinate and conduct onsite end-use training for Mitsubishi Industrial Automation equipment including:}

_{- Transport and setup of equipment at customer locations}

_{- Safely disassemble and repackage equipment for proper transportation and storage}

_{· Utilize Salesforce and other tools to perform discoveries}

_{· Assist MEAU Sales department, customers and distributors as needed}

_{· May be required to follow other job-related instructions and perform additional duties as assigned}

_{Supervisory / Management Responsibilities}

_{Travel Requirements}

_{· Up to 60% travel based on customer demand, primarily with the United States}

_{· Limited travel to Canada and / or Mexico may be required}

_{· Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience}

_{· Minimum of 2 years in a training role or similar}

_{· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)}

_{· Excellent written and verbal communication skills}

_{· Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution}

_{· Background in PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, Robot, CNC and Networking}

_{· Previous experience teaching adult learners}

_{· Must be physically able to travel, including the ability to:}

_{- Sit for extended periods of time for the purposes of travel}

_{- Operate a motor vehicle for both short and long distances}

_{- Fly via commercial flights, both nationally and internationally as needed}

_{· Ability to lift 100 pounds frequently for activities such as moving equipment to and from pallets}

_{· Ability to move about the MEAU plant and other facilities with or without a reasonable accommodation}

_{· Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to learn and master the use of MEAU IA equipment}

_{· Ability to navigate and participate on a team and in a multi-department environment}

_{· Ability to actively prioritize tasks with limited direction}

_{· Flexible work style with the ability to navigate changing priorities}
