About the Role:

CrowdStrike’s Readiness Services team helps position CrowdStrike Services as an essential partner and thought leader for new and existing customers. We are seeking a Consultant to help deliver our Response Readiness Exercises. These exercises introduce our customers to CrowdStrike’s industry-leading incident response offerings and highlight best practices that will help customers work efficiently with CrowdStrike during incident response.

A Consultant on our Readiness Services team will engage with a wide range of new and existing customers through these exercises, from small and medium enterprises to Fortune 50 customers. Our consultants focus on building relationships with customers to establish credibility, provide certainty, and identify areas for ongoing risk reduction.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver Response Readiness Exercises to new and existing CrowdStrike IR retainer customers

  • Cultivate relationships with CrowdStrike’s retainer customers and provide key insights about the customer to CrowdStrike’s incident response team

  • Develop in-depth understanding of the customer strategies and initiatives and serve as a key advocate for CrowdStrike services to enhance customer success

  • Support CrowdStrike account managers in identifying high-value offerings that can help customers close gaps in their incident response capabilities

  • Support customized offerings for certain CrowdStrike retainer customers, in coordination with various CrowdStrike Services delivery teams.

  • Cement yourself as a trusted/strategic advisor with customers and drive continued value of our services and products

  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-functionally within CrowdStrike and program-manage customer concerns

  • Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the CrowdStrike Services and products

  • Share information about industry trends, best practices, and other thought leadership with customers

  • Continuously expand your skill sets within CrowdStrike Services to be able to provide support to CrowdStrike’s incident response team, account managers, sales teams, and specific practice areas when needed

What You'll Need:

Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • 2-3 years experience providing cybersecurity and/or incident response consulting services

  • Experience briefing senior organizational leaders, including top security program leaders and C-Suite members

  • Experience with building and growing strategic relationships with mid-level security managers and executives

  • Experience in customer-facing project management with a keen eye toward customer service

  • Experience implementing information security programs within domains such as endpoint security, cloud security, network security, threat intelligence, or security operations centers

  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced professional services environment and can balance competing priorities while still maintaining focus on details

  • Proven track record in technical and creative problem solving coupled with the analytical expertise to provide quick resolution to problems

  • Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $85,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
