In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of large projects, implementing scalable operational processes and automated systems that support Lytx's growth. You get to lead all aspects of the New Product Introduction lifecycle (process of bringing a new product or service to market) as well as other strategic projects assigned to the company. You'll Get To:

• Identify and implement continuous improvements to the NPI process for maximum efficiency
• Assume full ownership of projects assigned with minimal supervision, working closely with Executive Sponsor and Business Owner to define project structure
• Use project management expertise to collaborate with and empower cross-functional teams to deliver results that meet the project success criteria
• Manage the everyday facets of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities and business interests according to project management best practices
• Lead, take action and provide direction in the face of ambiguity
• Be a trusted business partner to all levels within the organization – establish relationships and get to know their objectives, goals, and/or concerns to best support them
• Drive decisions, critical issues, and conflict resolution with neutral, compassionate, data-driven communications
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in technology / e-commerce industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Proven experience leading large, complex cross functional initiatives and/or NPI processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism
• Clearly priorize and advise organizational change through excellent written and verbal communication
• Exercise both ‘self-drive’ and collaboration to get results in diverse, fast paced environments
• Familiarity of Agile SDLC
• Proficient in Smartsheet, MS Project or other project management tool, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CRM and ERP from a business user perspective; SalesForce and Netsuite a plus

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$113,875.00 - $143,625.00
