Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has a contingent job opportunity for a full-time CMAV Support Systems Analyst II in Norfolk, VA.

Summary: The CMAV Support System Analyst II will support Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) Code 211.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide the following logistics support for CMAV execution of technical requirements as directed (aboard ship and in the office):

• Utilize ship's maintenance data system (OMMS-NG, AWN, or future replacements) to enter status of the Class Maintenance Plan (CMP) and Go Assess 2-Kilos (GA2K). Daily, process Material Assessment Forms (MAF).

• Receive and validate electronic MAFs provided from the Assessment Director (AD) and verify Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM) compliance. Enter repair 2-Kilo information into the assessment database. Perform bulk load of CMAV 2-kilos.

• Verify jobs are loaded into the ship's CSMP and parts ordered. Order parts, if required. Perform weekly verification of bulk loaded Job Sequence Numbers (JSN's) in Validation, Screening and Brokering (VSB) database.

• Submit Configuration Changes (CKs) for MAFs with Ship Configuration and Logistic Information System (SCLSIS) issues. Perform availability close-out. Generate and provide to the AD, a detailed hardware report, visit metrics report, and type availability report.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of six (6) years specialized experience with CDMD-OA as it pertains to the development and input of feedback and configuration change documents for shipboard configuration

• Must possess or ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience utilizing 3M system software or assessment program software employed by Navy assessment programs.

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience with the Navy Supply system and Navy 3M as it relates to parts acquisition, ordering and research (Relational Supply [R Supply] software application).

• Minimum of six (6) years specialized experience with Configuration Data Managers Database Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) as it pertains to the review and validation of shipboard configuration

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally

• Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

• Must possess or ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

ADA Notations:

• Requires walking, reaching, sitting and concentration in the presence of occasional noise

• Ability to move in narrow and restricted passageways, up/down steep and narrow ladders or stairways

• Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 25 lbs. in weight

• Office, warehouse, laboratory, pier side, shipboard noise conditions range from very quiet to loud noise

• Employee may be required to travel to different RMCs or Naval Ship locations. Travel may include extended underway periods and travel outside of the continental United States.
