Job Description Summary The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach will help develop and administer sport-specific strength training programs for university NCAA athletic programs, focusing on injury prevention and performance training. Under the direction of our Head Strength and Conditioning Coach they will oversee strength programing for 23 Division II athletic programs as well as our Division 1 Men’s Ice Hockey program. The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach meets regularly with coaches to determine what type of training the athletes need. If working with an injured athlete engaged in rehabilitation, the Strength and Conditioning Coach will consult with the sports medicine or athletic training staff.Essential Duties
