As a Product Manager at Lytx, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative technology and make valuable contributions to the development of our industry-leading Driver Safety/Fleet Management Software.

Our products effectively manage large volumes of data obtained from over 600,000 vehicles worldwide. We employ data and video to extract valuable insights using Video Telematics, Machine Vision, and AI for all devices and vehicles connected to our network. Through our innovative technology, we are reshaping the way organizations enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance within their fleets.

Your Role

• Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Lytx's video telematics cloud technology line of business.
• Collaborate with customers, internal partners, and engineering teams to identify market opportunities and align product portfolio investments.
• Identify and prioritize product needs by considering customer feedback, market trends, and relevant factors.
• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement new product features and enhancements.
• Monitor product performance, conduct competitive analysis, and determine areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Lytx remains at the forefront of innovation.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in the software or technology industry preferably 4+ years onwards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and market demands.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
