Job Summary Applicants may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $2,500! This is a full - time, day shift position. The hours of work are generally Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Days of work and hours can vary due to assigned cases. Alternate work sites will also be considered. If the alternate work site is approved, the employee will be required to complete a telework agreement. The Clinical Program Therapist 3 (CPT 3) provides services and requires frequent travel throughout the state of Minnesota. When a State-owned vehicle is not available and an employee is required to use their personal automobile to conduct authorized State business, the employee will be reimbursed at the current Federal IRS mileage reimbursement rate. In addition to travel throughout Minnesota, the CPT 3 will have the opportunity to help children, adolescents and their families live better lives, work with a variety of community providers, and work with a great Child Adolescent Services support team. The Clinical Program Therapist 3 (CPT3) provides assessment, clinical consultation, person-centered support recommendations, and training for children and adolescents/youth with complex behavioral and mental health challenges and individuals' community support networks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3 years of experience providing behavioral health clinical services including at least 4 of the 6 activities listed below • Delivering psychoeducation • Providing case coordination among multidisciplinary team members • Conducting comprehensive assessments • Leading development of treatment/support plans as required by program licensure • Planning discharge/transition and/or aftercare • Developing behavioral interventions and recommendations for interdisciplinary staff implementation * 1 year of relevant experience requirement may be substituted by a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or behavior analysis; the experience requirement also may be substituted by a bachelor's degree in human services or a related behavioral health field that includes substantial behavioral health coursework such as individual or group counseling, clinical interviewing, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, or similar behavioral health courses * 1 ½ years of relevant experience requirement may be substituted by a master's degree in any of the degrees listed above.
