Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6-7 years accounting experience and progressive grants management experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in GAAP
- Solid knowledge of not-for-profit accounting, U.S. Government and major non-USGdonors funding regulations.
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge and analytical/problem solvingskills.
- Strong computer skills,project management skills,process development and enhancement skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading teams.
