The IICAPS Director (Program Director) works to develop and maintain strong relationships with funders and stakeholders for each assigned program, as well complete reporting as requested. The IICAPS (Program Director) also develops and implements new programming that is aligned with the program and agency vision. They will provide internal consultation and collaboration with programs throughout the agency as well as mentor and supervisor program staff. THIS COULD BE YOU: IICAPS: Seeking an IICAPS Director to provide leadership and oversight to a thriving and growing IICAPS department. Responsibilities include supervision of managers and supervisors, as well as coaching, teaching and support of staff. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to pivot and adapt the department as needed. Responsibility for the program’s performance financially as well as successes meeting the model treatment goals. Formation of solid relationships with the model developer to coordinate consultation and training. Great relationship skills to work across other agency departments to bring about the best care coordination for our clients in an all-agency team approach. Must possess excellent clinical skills and expertise in crisis management.
